DAY 7 OF THE HOLLYWOOD COOKIE DIET

So, it's day 7 of the Hollywood Cookie Diet and do ya remember those 10 lbs that I was wishing for...well it didn't happen lol....Final weight loss for 7 days on the diet was 3 lbs.  Not quite as much as I would have liked, but not bad either I guess. 

I am going to do it for another week and see what kind of results I get by then.  I will make 1 post at the end of the 2nd week just to let you know what the final weight loss is.
